TRANSPORT FANS
Open radial blades, direct and belt driven material transport fans are accurately cleaned, edge smoothed with tighter balancing level. High pressure fans and air-foil blade products for waste and dust transportation. Depending on the requirement various type of fans are available.
PRIMARY FILTER
Waste fibres from blow room and carding will be filtered in the continuously rotating disc type primary filter. It separates fibres and course particles by using a filter media. The separate fibres and course particles are taken to a fibre compactor with conveying fans. There particles are delivered zero pressure.
SECONDARY FILTER
A continuous self cleaning drum filter, separates any dust still remaining in the air stream. The airflow through the filter drum is from inside to the outside. The dust collect in the filter media, is continuously cleaned by rotating and traversing nozzles and passed to a cyclone separator. The separated dust particles are ejected by a screw conveyor at zero pressure.

FIBRE SEPARATOR & COMPACTORS
The airstream carrying course particles enters the unit at the top, then passes through a perforated sheet metal cone or filter media.The course particles accumulated on the inside of the perforated sheet metal cone or filter media are continuously stripped off by an screw conveyor, compacted and discharged at zero pressure at the bottom.
CYCLONE SEPARATOR
The air stream carrying fine particles enter the cyclone separator tangentially at the top. The fine dusts are carried to the outside by the rotating centrifugal airflow and passes spirally either to the collecting container or to the dust compactor. Cyclone separators are having great advantages for open end trash collection and fine dust separation
